'Tis the season for tags! Yes... it is. I love having them on hand for quick gifts too. MFT is sharing the fun way to create tags with Die-namics today. I'm always looking for cute and inexpensive gifts. I lucked out and snagged a TON of Toblerone Chocolate bars at Costco and thought I would make some cute packaging and tags to give them a festive touch. Here are two of the designs I came up with.
First I trimmed my cardstock to 5.5 x 8.25 inches. I scored lines longest wise at 1, 2.5, and 4 inches. Stamp and adhere around the bar. I wrapped both of mine with cardstock that was stamped with Nordic Knits The ends of the wrap are open so that you can still see the packaging... but I like that.
These Cozy Mittens look so fun in a chalked style. I'm thinking this will be a great teacher gift. Christmas Labels and Tags is such a versatile stamp set too. I stamped the tag on the coordinating die... trimmed off the top loop then used my finger to rough up the edges for some texture.
Here is a Toblerone wrap in traditional Christmas Colors. Trim the Tree combines really well with these other stamp sets too. I love when I can add versatility with my supplies!
Nordic Knits really adds a ton to the wraps and tags.
4mm Silver Sequins are just the right size for this tree to add a little shine.
That's a wrap! (LOL... pun totally intended!)
Make sure to head over to the MFT Blog to see who else is sharing some inspiring tags tonight. I've got more of these wraps to make and hopefully will post them over the next few weeks. Have a fantastic Thanksgiving!
Thanks for poppying by, friends!
