You've been seeing peeks of this set all week... but I've got an offical introduction to make for Textile Backgrounds today!
This first card is a simple and mass producible card. It’s so easy to
make several to send to family and friends. I love how wonderful the
argyle pattern from Textile Backgrounds works with all things fall. I love that
nostalgic feel it brings.
I stamped the argyle image three times to create the background on the card base. I love how easy all the patterns in this set are for me to line up. I recommend using a gridline block if you are struggling with any alignment. They work great to make sure sentiments are on straight too!
The leaves and sentiment are from Fall Foliage. I'm having a lot of fun
stamping with this set. I know that I'll use several of the leaves in spring
and summer too! And how I love working with coordinating dies! Die-namics Fall
Foliage is just a must have!
I kept the inside simple, just some stamping to add a coordinating touch. This next card is SO not a fall card! LOL! But it does show off the versatility of Textile Backgrounds.
The patterns in Textile background work with almost any stamp set or
occasion. Ink color makes all the difference. I know that I'll be pulling it
out for baby cards and Easter too. Oh... lets not forget Christmas!!!
Mona's new Contemporary Roses set works great with it... the sentiment if from Fall Foliage.
I love how these fishtail flag look with the images from Textile Backgrounds stamped on them. I chose to just pull one into the inside to give it a finished look.If you haven't had the chance to read the initial post with full graphics of Fall Foliage, Die-namics Fall Foliage, and Textile Backgrounds you can check them out --> HERE.
