Today's Pretty Poppies card is soft and elegant... with a rustic twist.Another birthday card... March is PACKED full of birthdays in my friends and family circle... so I'm enjoying creating for specific people! This card if for a friend who is sweet and gentle and has this elegance about her.
The poppies look incredible in white ink on Kraft cardstock. I love how they POP!
I love the softness of the Kraft ink with this sentiment. It really adds to the card!
The trio of buttons help add more texture and balance. Notice the Poppy Poem Script that is stamped onto the border? It's carried over to the inside...
I never want to over decorate the inside because I like to have room to write to my recipients!
Isn't amazing how many styles and looks that Pretty Poppies can lend itself to!
