It's that wonderful time... My Favorite things Teaser Time! November's line up is full of amazing stamps, Die-namics, and new color products! I have three products I've designed for you this month.
These are some of my favorites yet... for so many reasons!
Stitched Stockings ($17.95) - This homespun Christmas themed stamp set was inspired by many homemade and heartfelt Christmases, filled with love and giving. This stamp set features three unique stockings, a primitive themed stitched border, many versatile building images (such as stars, buttons, and hearts) and several heartfelt and festive sentiments. Stitched Stockings is perfect for your Christmas cards, gifts, packaging, scrapbook pages, mini books and so much more.
Stitched Stockings also has dies to coordinate with the three unique stockings in the set.
Stocking Trio Die-namics ($11.95) - These Die-namics perfectly coordinate with Stitched Stockings. The lines have been kept simple with these dies so that you can create with felt, fabric, and other textured elements.
This month I have another background set being offered too!
Darling Dots ($15.95) - An extremely versatile background building stamp set that showcases three styles of dot row images. Dashed Dots, Petite Dots and Wonky Dots. This gender and occasion neutral stamp set will be something that will enhance any stamper's supplies and projects. On to the cards!
I had so much fun illustrating the stockings in Stitched Stockings! This card shows off the stripe stocking.
I wanted to also show the different dot Patterns from Darling Dots. I
love that each dot pattern turned out so differently but still work well
together
The Chevron Die-namics was used for the red dots… I like how the Chevron goes so well with the star on the stocking.
This stocking brings a smile to me for some reason… maybe it’s the playfulness.
There is just enough detail on this stocking that you can simple stamp it OR you can paper piece on top of the star and button.
Here is the inside of this card.Happy buttons and stars with the mini stitch image… not to mention the fun Ho Ho Ho!
Next is a more clean and simple card. This card features the fun border in Stitched Stockings as well as the
scalloped stocking and stitched heart. Notice how the stocking features wonky
dots like the wonky dot strip in Darling Dots!
I stamped and pieced this stocking so that it had some color variation. It was really easy to hand trim it. I also treaded each button differently.
And the inside…
The circle is offset and aligned with the circle on the front to make sure that it’s covered when closed. This also shows how the building sentiment works. Love stamped by using masking to add some color difference with the heart.
Lastly, I created a pastel Christmas card.
The background was created with the decorative Border Image from Stitched Stockings as well as the little solid heart.
I knew I wanted to create a felt stocking but hadn’t originally intended Sno Cone as the main color when I started out. As I started pulling all of the elements together… it just felt right. A semi non-traditional color for a stocking but sweet in the least. The frame that the stocking is layered over is
stamped with the Petite Dots image from Darling Dots.
The inside of the card… simple like I like it.
Well, that wraps up today’s projects! I must say that I had fun creating these cards and can’t wait to hear your thoughts on these new sets and Die-namics!
