A quick card and a Happy Halloween!

I created this a while back and forgot to share... so here it is!

I used Copic Markers to color the "paint" and the brush tip. (From Artist Pallet and Brush Die-namics) Wood paper was used for the pallette and brush handle. I used glossy accents to make it look wet! The sentiment if from All About Art. I have the perfect artist to send this to also!

So many possibilities with these stamps and dies.
