Welcome back and to day two of my countdown to the release of my soon to be released stamp set, Sweet Spring! Thank you for all your kind comments. It's great to see such excitement about this new set! I have a few cards for today...

This first card is quick and simple.... while being bright and cheery! (I am so ready for spring to hit here!)

Sometimes a girl (me) just likes to color! This large flower trio is pretty fun to color too. I'm not sure I could do without my Copic Markers...ever. I need to take the Copic classes but can never figure out when they will be in Seattle.

I'm really enjoying the new patterned paper. This new Raspberry Fizz dot one is splendid. The black gingham ribbon adds to the bright cuteness of this card too. Quick and simple.

Easter is a big deal to our family... way more than in an egg hunt kind of way. It's very dear to us. I wanted to portray the flowers "coming to life" through color.

It may seem weird to see some gray... but it seemed the best way to symbolize what I was trying to get across.

This frame image in Sweet Spring is really lovely to work with. I trimmed out the oval center and popped it up with foam squares.

I know it's simple... but simple is good too. There are a few details like the Copic Marker shading in the flowers that bring it to life so much!
